Frequently Asked Questions
For classic and custom cakes, we require at least a week’s notice. However, we recommend contacting us at least two weeks or more before your event to allow ample time for correspondence and customization. For wedding cakes, please book 30 days to 3 months in advance to ensure availability.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your cake order. This deposit confirms your booking and allows us to start preparing your cake. The remaining balance for wedding cakes must be paid 3 weeks to a month before the wedding date, the other cakes balance must be paid 4 days before pickup.
Absolutely! We offer a wide range of flavors and design options to make your cake unique. You can choose from our extensive flavor list and add custom decorations such as hand-piped messages, fondant numbers, and edible photo prints. For specific themes or custom designs, fill out our online quote form or contact us via WhatsApp.
We offer collection option, for your convenience. You can pick up your cake from our bakery at 4781 Jasmyn Street, Extension 3, Kathu. Please arrange a pickup time via WhatsApp at 0768105156.
While we currently do not offer vegan cakes, we are working on expanding our range to include plant-based options. Stay tuned for updates! If you have other dietary restrictions, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
